Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

MiaBella will not be held responsible for any loss and or damage to any products once shipped. 

If parcel is returned, the customer will be responsible for any cost and or new shipment arrangements.

Return & Exchange Policy

Should a product be damaged, the product can be returned at the customers costs and MiaBella will inspect and confirm next action.

All products are checked before shipment so refunds or returns will not be made once opened and used. 

Defected items should be reported within 7 (seven) days to be eligible for a refund or return where applicable.

WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED?

 

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us.

 

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available) or credit your account with the purchase price within 10 days of the return.

CHARGES AND REFUNDS

 

If you return a defective product to us but fail to return all of the parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to refuse the return, or only replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and to credit you in respect of the returned item only.
